All purchases are subject to product availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Refund Policy

We accept returns and provide refunds for items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items without original tags
  • Used or damaged merchandise
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized products

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where LilaVerve is headquartered.
